The name 'le Foyer du Château' refers to the location of the independent project space near the Berlin Humboldt Forum ("Stadtschloss"). lFdC wants to be an alternative, open space for debates, presentations, readings and experiments.
lFdC was founded in September 2017 by Miya Yoshida, Annette Maechtel and Kirsten Palz. lFdC engages creatively to change and shape conditions for a more feministic, fair and transparent society. lFdC follows a concept of artistic production that includes collaboration and communal action and welcome all disciplines to contribute. The program up to now have included video-screenings, artist talks, workshops and experiments.
